We will need a public global timeline for the post-quantum crypto migration.
This is the current draft for this timeline. It will need to be improved and agreed by a few important vendors before publication.
(Details should be coordinated with the other CA´s, browser vendors, crypto vendors, before we publish that)

* 1.7.2014 All crypto library vendors should support NTRU and provide it to the browsers
* 1.1.2015 All browsers and webservers should have implemented NTRU-Diffie-Hellman and support optional NTRU keys
           Certificate Authorities should start issueing optional NTRU keys
* 1.1.2016 From now on Root certificates with optional NTRU keys should be used
* 1.1.2017 GUI Software (e.g. Browsers) should start issueing warnings for certificates without NTRU keys
* 1.1.2018 Cerfificate Authorities should start enforcing NTRU keys
* 1.1.2019 From now on, intermediate certificates with NTRU keys as subject-key should be used
* 1.1.2022 From now on, root certificates with NTRU keys should be used
